Yes, in .htaccess just add the line:

    php_flag register_globals off

    In mine it reads:

    php_value register_globals off

php_flag probably works too, as Jason usually knows his stuff, but just in case..

This is what I run at the top of my root '.htaccess' file...
    Code:
    Options +FollowSymLinks
    RewriteEngine on
    php_flag display_errors off
    php_flag register_globals off

php_flag is for boolean (on/off, true/false, 1/0, etc.) values, php_value is for all others, but it evidently works for booleans too.

Hmm.. had me worried there for a moment, but indeed, _value works too (phpinfo confirmed this). I checked the manual and that indeed says _value is not for booleans.

Conversion of boolean -> bullion failed thus far. Perhaps Vin is a better alchemist?

I'd like to know his secret.

Here are some booleans that anyone can use to expriment with; feel free to cut me a share of the bullion if you're successful: true, true, false, true, false, false.
