My awstats and webalizer reports haven't updated since February 23. Anyone else having issues with out-of-date statistics? I'm on Copper, if that's any help. ...

    Statistics not updating?

    My awstats and webalizer reports haven't updated since February 23.

    Anyone else having issues with out-of-date statistics? I'm on Copper, if that's any help.

    This is something that happens from time to time...it has to do with the stats analyzers getting low priority on the servers. If too many other things are trying to get CPU time, the stats just don't update.

    Open a support ticket on this and the techs will go "kick" the stats programs for you.
