    IP Banning

This guy I banned keeps returning to my site with a different IP everytime.
Hes using an anonymous proxy and I cant ban him.

I opened a ticket and they said to said keep banning the IPs, well whats the point, the idea is to keep him from getting into the site.

    Any suggestions?
