    Exclamation Upgrading/Downgrading accounts

If a client of mine signs up for a hosting account with me and wants to either upgrade or downgrade the account at a later date, can this be done? And if so, how? Are there any charges for doing this, or is it just as simple as me terminating his current account and then getting him setup with another?

    Thanks!

Yes it can be done with zero inpact to the clients site. You really shouldnt delete the acocunt and recrate it since that will just upset your client and force them to reload their data if they even stay your client at that point. Just open a ticket with us requesting to upgrade the account and we will. There is no charge to change a sties plan except of course the normal monthly rate of that plan on its due date.
