Does SpamCop automatically remove IP from blocked list?

Hi Everyone,

I just got word from tech support that the Spammer on Hydrogen has been terminated and to wait a couple days for SpamCop to automatically remove Hydrogen's IP from it's blacklist. Does anyone know if it really works that way? I thought you had to fight your way off their blacklist or change IP's.

Yes it really does. Here is the confirmation message we got in that instance:

Listing History
System has been listed for less than 24 hours.

Automatic delisting
If you are the administrator of hydrogen.nocdirect.com and you are sure it will not be the subject of any more reports of spam, you may cause the system to be delisted without waiting for us to review the issue.

It will be delisted soon.

Heh! That usually makes the situation worse. To their way of thinking, that just proves you're guilty. If you want to get off the RBL's, you have to acquiesce...
