In CPanel you get 3 different programs that give you statistics using the webserver's logs.
    AWStats
    Webalizer
    Analog

Other than that, not that I know of.
I user sitemeter.com's system. You put the same piece of code on every page, and it can track the way your visitors find your site, what page they land on, what page they exit from, time and duration of visit, and historical trends.

Pretty much all of which is pretty much available from the server logs programs anyway, except for the per-visitor stuff, although some actually do give you an aggregate number breaking down visit duration (site stickiness) into broad categories.

    Good luck!

I think Ron is correct. Any stats program you use that is not installed on the server will require some code. For me this is not a problem because I use SSI to build the bottom of every web page, so if I make a change in stats programs I can change the code site wide by changing one file.

The other alternative is using log analyzer program. You have to down load the log files and run the log file through the log analyzer.

These programms all in some way "digest" the raw server logs. These are available to you through the CPanel. So if you want some other stats program that also works from those server logs, you can use it without adding code to your pages.

I have looked at the Webalizer and Awstats in cpanel which is ok but would like to get a bit more info on the users not just there ip address such as (Organization / ISP / IP), and also there complete navagation from entry to exit. we have webstat.com code added to some of the pages and I like the info we get from this on the users, is there any thing in cpanal that does this that I may be missing.

Not that I know of. But if you come across a good, as gwaihir puts it, server log digester that does what you want and is very reasonably priced (read: free or nearly so) please let us know!
