This helpful tip probably should be repeated in a FAQs page.

Proxy firewalls/servers can botch some accesses in all sorts of ways too. Most people, I'd wager, don't look for ways to get around such events unless they have to. If a potential customer is just browsing, they'll browse elsewhere first before sending in a request for help. If they are already a customer, then they'll find ways to complain and report the problem.

Just curious... How many webmasters here proactively review their site on an ongoing basis and try to "break" things? Or review their script and/or weblogs regularly to look for problems without waiting for visitors to report them?
