Do new accounts not get processed on weekends any longer? I host at least 5 domains here and just paid to host another. It's been well over 24 hours and no receipt, confirmation or login details have been received. It's to the same email address as all of my other accounts that receive mail from Jaguar without issue.
I opened a support ticket via another site I host here and support literally stopped replying to me after the first update early yesterday. The first response is that they forwarded the ticket to the appropriate department. I've asked 2x for an update as to what's going on and support no longer replies. I've purchased a few items since yesterday on the same card that I registered with, and is also the card on file for all my other accounts.
I can't understand possibly what the problem might be and judging by Jag's past great support I'm surprised that they won't answer my support tickets. Even if it's a billing issue of some sort and needs to wait till monday, a kind response to a paying customer would be nice.
