    Any staff here on weekends?

    Do new accounts not get processed on weekends any longer? I host at least 5 domains here and just paid to host another. It's been well over 24 hours and no receipt, confirmation or login details have been received. It's to the same email address as all of my other accounts that receive mail from Jaguar without issue.

    I opened a support ticket via another site I host here and support literally stopped replying to me after the first update early yesterday. The first response is that they forwarded the ticket to the appropriate department. I've asked 2x for an update as to what's going on and support no longer replies. I've purchased a few items since yesterday on the same card that I registered with, and is also the card on file for all my other accounts.

    I can't understand possibly what the problem might be and judging by Jag's past great support I'm surprised that they won't answer my support tickets. Even if it's a billing issue of some sort and needs to wait till monday, a kind response to a paying customer would be nice.

    Sales doesn't work weekends. Your account should be up on Monday. (They really need a note about this somewhere....)

    That's fine, and understandable. It's just a shame that my answer needed to come from another customer. My ticket was just ignored after my initial inquiry and their reply. A "We're sorry, sales will open your account first thing monday morning" would have sufficed. To just ignore me and leave me wondering if I screwed something up is bad customer service.

    if you marked the ticket as "sales" no one from "support" probally even read it. they are 2 totally differant groups

    They read it, because they even initially replied (with information that was neither informative or helpful). After I followed up on the ticket through the past 36 hours they have failed to even explain. If they had told me yesterday I had to wait for sales I would have, but instead they just ignored my inquiries. I admit, this is not usual for Jag. Support has been excellent over the past few years.

    You did register the additional hosting account through the automated system? That does 'work' 24/7. Guess it isn't very smart though, if it flagged your order for manual approval given that track record you stated. Indeed there probably isn't a thing that can be done right now till sales folk walk back in tomorrow morning.

    If that's correct, then it must have been flagged for some reason or another. The credit card, contacts and everything is the same as my other sites hosted here.

    I can wait until tomorrow where I'm sure the problem will be resolved and the account created. The lack of response from weekend support to ANY inquiry leaves a lot to be desired. You just don't ignore a customer because the job isn't yours. Oh well, I'll survive.

    Yes, it was resolved first thing this morning. Thanks for the offer though, all is well.
