    Please help me.

    Dear Sir/Madam:

I am the owner of http://www.Queenst.net, I am very happy to use your service. Unfortunately, my last Credit card was expired, so my last payment was not successful.

Now I have already updated my details (including a new Credit card). I need the website as soon as possible. I tried to phone you but failed.

I want to keep all the exsting flies of my website and My question is when my website will ready to work? What about the charge?

    Thans a lot.

    Thanks a lot.

The control panel of my website and FTP are ok now.

But when I try to open http://www.queenst.net , IE shows

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What's the problem?

It would be much faster if you open a ticket to the support department. Support is available 24 hours per day.

    go to www.jaguarpc.com

and login, probably using the same username and password as you use for your CPanel.

    Good luck.
