Finally got a response from support: An hour and a half after I opened the ticket, 4 hours since the machine is down. Ya ready?
Dear Valued Customer,
The server had some load issues due to which the server is undergone a reboot. We will be updating you when the server is back online. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.
Please donot hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance. We are more than happy to help you.
So did the reboot get your site back up? I wonder, are you the only client monitoring your site (and by extension, the server) on weekends? Four hours seems like a long time for a simple response like a reboot and pretty atypical to the response times to which we are accustomed.
Looks like Uranium is Dead as a Dodo - solid code red...

Spathy,
No. As is obvious, it's not a simple reboot issue, otherwise it wouldn't have taken this long.
Also, I finally asked support directly if the machine was dead and would have to wait till morning, and they confirmed it was a hardware issue -- but assured me techs were working on the issue. lol.

My server isn't on the Network Status page yet :/
Maybe Uranium grenaded and took your server with it...Originally Posted by Ron

Could be, but Uranium looks like it was/is up -- perhaps my server was ground zero![]()
I can't believe Vin missed out on using a depleted Uranium reference.
