Email sales (a) jaguarpc.com or open a ticket and ask if your payment was received.

hey, here are the highlighted things that I didn't pay for. I was really delayed in the payment. So I sended my payment on the 21st. Do I have to pay for both of them???????
Well, one is for the service you received in July (the one that was due on 6/23) and the other is for service from 7/23-8/22, so yes you'll have to pay both if you want to continue your service. From the way it looks, your account is more than 30 days overdue and that is probably why they shut you down. They probably won't reactivve it until you make both of those payments.

But I wasn't able to use these services because I was disconnected before. I coudn't use the service on 6/23 or the 6/23-8/33. I couldn't use any because I was disconnect long before.
Can I stop using this one and create a newone?

This is an issue best resolved through the ticket system or with a phone call to the sales office.
