    Clientexec hangs using cPanel plugin, Firewall?

    Hello,

    I'd appreciate some help form anyone using clientexec

    I'm on one of the new partner plans and use clientexec for billing/support etc.

    When I try to use the cPanel plugin to create a new account through clientexec it hangs everytime with no error email and no acct. created

    Clientexec thinks it's a server issue as it will work fine, just not under my domain/server but the same send script installed elsewhere works fine

    "there is something on your server preventing the curl connection."

    After they tested it they think it could be related to a firewall

    Anyone else using clientexec with one of the bulk reseller plans?

    I have a ticket open with jag
    So far they didn't think it was something to do with them but now that clientexec has tested more hopefully they can look into it further

    Wow, Jag is quick

    All taken care of
    Not sure what it was but they fixed it

    Client exec was a big help too, by the way. If they hadn't done the testing I wouldn't have known what to tell Jag

    Hope this doesn't happen to others. It was very confusing
