I want to change the plan of my monthly payment from money/check to credit card. Can I do this? ...

    I want to change the plan of my monthly payment from money/check to credit card. Can I do this?

    • Go to 'Info' -> 'Modify Details'
    ...and SUBMIT my credit card info.

    Then, I would...
    • 'Create New Ticket' -> 'Category: Sales Ticket'
    ...and tell 'sales' to switch my "monthly payment from money/check to credit card".

    And, finally, I would 'LOGOUT' when I was done, but, that's just me...

    It has been 2 hours since I made this change, and my site is still down. Whats happening? Why arn't they responding?

    To what exactly? Changing your payment method won't automatically make them retry previous charges right away, I would suppose you'll have to tell them if that's what you want done.
