I can access the control panel but not the client interface that enables me to open tickets.
goto jaguarpc.com and login from there....
That doesn't work either.
Hrm...
You're on the same server as I am, Neutron, and using the same software, PHP-Nuke -- and my site is working, so I don't know what they can do anyway.
The error message you're getting means your MySQL connection isn't working.
Have you changed something recently?

I wonder why your reverse DNS is set, and mine isn't?

Looks like you just got setup here, maybe even today...
Did you create a MySQL database and import your data, yada, yada, yada?

I messed around with it a little, yes. And the problem is I know nothing at all about working with databases, php etc. So I must have ruined something.
Still, why should I not be able to access the client interface? That I don't get.
Please send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com or PM me with the last 4 digits of your credit card and your client login details will be forwarded to you.
It seems to be solved now. Thanks!
Hrm...
You still have database problems. Or, did you give up on PHP-Nuke?

Yes, I am, and no, I haven't.
I'm thinking maybe I'll just pony up 15$ and get the website backup restored. How does that work, though? I'm assuming they do backups every day and then store them for a while? So they can make it go back to the way it was - say - four days ago? Am I right?
Not sure, bro. That's a question for the admins. Maybe Eric will pop back in here...![]()

Or put in a ticket for that. Prolly best. Wouldn't wait too long with that, as I doubt they rotate through many days. (I.e. a four day old backup can be overwritten any time now if not already.)
