    CPanel Login

This has to be stupidly simple I just can't figure it out!

I have a client that I'm developing a website for.
They have created an account with jaguarpc.com and the domain name is transfered over to there own account.

BUT when I try to login to CPanel using the information in the email from Jaguarpc.com (which was forwarded to me from the client) the information to login to the client section works, however I can't get into cpanel using that same information.

I have tried shortening the domain name down to 8 letters (like mine) using the full information. Everything I can possibly think of.

    Am I missing something here?

I'll throw out an idea or two, maybe there'll be something you haven't tried yet.

The domain might not be resolving yet?

Try using the IP address? I use it securely, so the addy is

    https://IPADDRESS:2083/

Login username should be the client section ID
    same for passwd

Try opening a support ticket, perhaps, ask them to try logging into cpanel with your ID/pass

Sorry I can't be much moer help.
    Good luck.

alright I got it, it seems that either my client hadn't sent me everything the other day or it took a few days for another email to come through with the login information.

I thought the other email was alittle lacking in information!

Thanks for your sugestions Ron, Much appreciated!
