Cannot authenticate

I cannot successfully login through any popup login prompt. I can login at a web page by filling in the username and password fields, but not when those same fields show up in a popup. I get three attempts, enter the information correctly, then get denied access.

I have had the same problem on another website and suspect it's a browser settings problem, but cannot locate the settings to change.

I'm on IE 6, sp2.

There was an old cpanel bug that made this happen. I thought it was resolved however it may have cropped back up. PM me with your domain or submit a support ticket and mention my name in it and we will look into it.
