    So Whats up with...

    Dont Get me Wrong, I'm very happy with Jag PC, I've had my account for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier, I've set up 8 accounts for myself, friends, and family and hope to resell a few accounts in the new future through my reselling site ISPmark.com However... I do have a couple minor problems that have arrose;

    So Whats up with C-Panel bandwidth meter taking 3 days to update? it was stuck at 106mb for the last 3 days of the month of september and now has only updates once this month, I was hoping for a bandwidth meter that might update hourly let alone 6 hours. I understand there might be some external ways to check bandwidth, like with ispmark.com/bandwidth/ but that requires a username and password that I dont have.(already tried my account name and pass) any other options or ways to get this fixed?

    So whats up with my page statistics not working? a site I created 3 days ago doesn't have its statistics working, it says it cant find the config file and I dont see any way to create one? I assumed it would create one automatically with the account creation, I guess not? I really like to be able to check the up to date statistics for my site

    I cant think of anything else of hand, again, I can't even really say that these are real problems, they dont effect the way my site works at the moment(of course if I exceed bandwidth it would ) and I certainly dont want to open a ticket for a silly thing like this but I am curious to see if anyone else has any of these problems or ideas to fix or get around them. Feel free to add to the list of minor inconviences

    Im not sure about either of those, more on the technical side than I dabble with. Mind if I relocate this thread to the support section ?

    Red face

    Heh, true I suppose that would be a better location for this thread, I just thought it would be interesting to see what sort of little things bothered people but were too little to bother opening a ticket or bothering anyone with I was aiming for a humorous approach to the topic, not sure if that was conveyed effectively

    TYhe stats not updating issue is something that poke its head out every once in a while. I guess the issue is that CPanel gives the stats programs a low priority, so if other things are happening on the server at the time the stats reports are supposed to be run the stats get delayed. When this happens, open a support ticket and the techs will go kick the server and make them run.

    The bandwidth meter thing is another recuring issue. Both are just problems with CPanel, I guess.
