cookie error - defaulting to specific date

We've been trying to figure out an issue we're having here at work. One employee is navigating to an IP that is a site for Home Depot vendors in Mexico. When you log in you get the following error.

    Set-Cookie: finSession=, expires=Wed, 02-Jan-1991 00:00:00 GMT; path=/cgi-bin/homedepot-b2b.sh
When we saw the cookie error we thought it was their site. So, we contacted their IT and they mentioned this had happened before with only one other vendor. I took the login info home and tried it on my computer and, sure enough, it works fine. What would cause a cookie error, for this site only, on our end. We have the typical firewall, server setups, etc., but nothing we can come up with that would cause this. Anyone have a shot in the dark?

Just guesses, you've probably already tried some or all....:

Check the system date of the machine at work, also check to see that cookies are being accepted, including from the domain in question, or even add that domain to the whitelist.

Also, perhaps there's a permissions thing going on, try running as a different user on your company's PC.

Yeah. Tried all of the above and no luck. I'm thinking it's some weird firewall config.
