I just changed my password in the client account section and now can't log in with my new password. I tried my old one too ...

    Locked out of Client Account Section

    I just changed my password in the client account section and now can't log in with my new password.

    I tried my old one too and I still can't log in.

    When I use the password recovery tool I get a message with the new password which doesn't work.

    What email address do I use if I can't get into the Ticket system so I can have my password reset?

    I would send a PM to Jag or one of the techs. That's probably the fastest way. Or send an email to sales.

    Include the last for digits of the credit card on file in it, or you'll likely get a reply asking for those, for verification.
