Sites do not work today

Our websites do not work during whole day. What is the problem?

Could you provide some more details? Are you getting any error messages? Does email work and not your web site? Did you recently make any upgrades to anything on your site?

If you haven't already done so, you should open a support ticket to alert support of the problem. The forums are not an official avenue of support, so your post may not be seen by someone that will be able to help you if you just post here.

You may also want to post your site's address here so that others can try your site to help you figure out if your problems are with JPC or just on your end.

I suggested trying again now, because just a few minutes after he posted, they fixed a DNS issue that had my sites down for a while. The problem would be affecting bulk resellers probably, and perhaps anyone with private label DNS servers.

Today websites are working, but very very slow. I even can't upload new content via ftp.

Both sites working for me too.

It took a few seconds (presumably for the DNS lookup to happen) where I just saw a white screen, but as soon as content started to load, it was very fast for me--probably less than 2 seconds from the time the pages started coming down until they were complete.
