If I understand you correctly, you age getting spam from a certain address and you want to stop it. Is that correct? If so, go into CPanel and choose "Email Filters" from the Mail section of the main menu. The add anew filter with "From" "Contains" and the email address that you want to block. Then set the destination to either :fail: (which will send a "bounce" error back to the sender informing them that the address doesn't exist) or :discard: (which will silently delete the message without informing you or the sender that it ever arrived). There are pos and cons to both methods--if you search for :fail: or :discard: on these forums you'll find a lot of information on the topic.
It is important to note that this filter will effect all mail coming in to your domain, so if you block a message by sender as described here, you will block <anything>@yourdomain.com from receiving mail from that address.
If this sender is sending you actual spam (like advertising offers or what
not), then you might have good luck if you enable SpamAssassin, the spam blocker that's also available in your CPanel. Since spammers often change the addresses they use to send their messages it is much eaiser to let SpamAssassin filter spam than trying to block it all yourself.
