If you log into the customer service area and check the Network and DNS status links, you will get a listing of servers that are operational. Check to see if your host server's services are up/down.

We can't help you if you don't give us a little more info: what is the problem you're having (what error messages do you see or what doesn't work as expected) and what is the URL to your forum?
