DISCLAIMER Any resemblance between the views expressed above and those of the owners and operators of this system is purely coincidental. Any resemblance between these views and my own are non-deterministic. The existence of Vin DSL is questionable. The existence of views in the absence of anyone to hold them is problematic. The existence of the reader is left as an exercise in the second-order coefficient.
UBL too...

I actually got Platinum delisted from UBL myself...![]()
Heh! That was incredibly easy! Entered the IP, clicked a button, and it said it would be delisted within an hour. I thought it was BS, but evidently not.![]()
Um... is someone from JagPC going to contact SORBS?

SORBS requires $50 to delist a server. I have changed the mail server IP to 69.73.165.120. That should fix this problem.
LoL! I was thinking of a four letter word, but j-o-y is better, I suppose...Originally Posted by Jag

I hate SORBS! It appears they caught somebody on Platinum sending mails to a honeypot, and what do they do? List the whole server, and try to squeeze you for 50 bones...
What a bunch of sanctimonious jerks!
If you contact them and say it wasn't you, they reply, "Hey, bud, that's what you get for hanging with spammers! Find another host!"... You know the drill!
Funny how you grease their palms and all sins are forgiven, no?![]()

Then one of your neighbors ( who you trust so much ! ) is a damned spammer and keeps getting you blacklisted.
This, evidently, stems from a single incident in Jan '06...

The funny thing is, if you will, 69.73.165.120 isn't listed on SORBS...![]()
Bottom line: Mail from Platinum is still being blocked!
