    New JAG kinda buggy...

Found a couple of bugs in the Jag system.

    1) My bank changed its credit card system from Visa to MC. I went to change the number, expiration and card type, but no matter how many times I made the change, it kept popping back to the old Visa. The numbers took though.

    2) I opened a SALES ticket about an account. When I got a response to the ticket, they told me to open a ticket directed to sales. Thinking I must have just slipped or something, I opened another ticket selecting SALES again. When I went back to look at this 2nd ticket, sure enough it went to tech support, not sales.

I've got a ticket in for these bugs. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any problems.

Regarding #2, I myself noticed that a ticket I sent to "sales" went to tech support. My questions got answered just fine, but nonetheless it didn't go where I had directed it to.

Heh! Same here -- but I didn't put 2+2 together until I read this thread...

I sent a ticket to Sales, last week, and Masood answered it. I thought maybe he had changed 'departments'... or Sales had forwarded it to him.

So, how do we 'get ahold' of Sales, I wonder?!?!?!

I haven't done a ticket to sales in a long time. In my experience when I have mistakenly sent one to support they just forwarded the request to sales.

Tell them you need a quote for 10 dedicated servers and you'll get their attention...

Anyway, as long as they know the system isn't working properly and I wasn't being an nincompoop by sending a sales question to tech support, I suppose it matters not.

BTW Vin, do I not occasionally see your name in the Firefox support forum too?
