login details don't work

I ordered a freedom vps on the 28th, and it was activated yesterday. The problem is, none of my login details work. I would put in a support ticket but I can't log into the support desk. I've already sent a pm to RyanJPC but haven't gotten a response.

you can email sales. Check your Spam box for the Return mail, Alot people miss this so JAG never get the email

Also, you could pm Les, Jag, or Masood they also work for JPC

And the phone can also work wonders. Texas business hours just started, I think. Have the credit card number on file (last four digits) available for verification.

Not sure about Masood for this one, as they seem to consider this specifically sales related and Masood is (the top of) tech support.

Whatever way, you'll have to initiate personal, private contact on this one, I'm afraid. Can't have them answer with your log-in details here, right?
