2 errors.. need help fast

Hello,

I'm getting these two errors:

1) I can't log in with the client user/pass jaguar sent me.

2)When I try to use the Addon script, it gives me this error:

Pm your domain and last four digits of the password on file to get/reset your client section login. Or try the "lost password" link at the login screen for the client section
