Two hours ago my ftp upload failed. It seems to be a disk full error. However still have 500+ MB free on my account. All status lights on the orion server are green and have no access to post a ticket. To make it worse I can't sign as a client.
Access to Cpanel is okay and the site is renderin pages normally.
Is there any other way to ask for help?

No, you are not banned. Please try now. Orion server required some configuration update to take more data.
Also if you have forgot the client login, please email sales@jaguarpc.com

You're fast, thanks.
FTP is okay now.
However, client login still fails. I have tried both email address and user name.
