If you see it in Cpanel than that is your server name. Sometimes the new servers don't get added to the list right away, though. I think it is just human error (i.e. no one remembered to add it when the server went live).

If it is really important to you you could open a support ticket. Otherwise I'm sure it will be added in time.

There is still a large number of servers not in the new status screen. They will be added as we add some new capabilities we want. Rest assured they are monitored though.

I'm on draco, too. How many VPS are run off of one box?

I didn't realize it was a VPS box. Indeed, VPS's aren't listed because the services are indepandent for each node on the box. For example, your local Apache installation could go down, but Apache might still be running for everyone else, so a blanket indicator for Apache would not be possible or accurate.

JPC could (and probably will, as Jag mentioned) build additional status indicators for VPS-wide services (such as Virtuozzo), but right now that's not available.

righto Jason, I will monitor the only things we can which are maybe ssh, vzpp, and load.

Knox between 15-25 ve's per node is typical depending on several factors. We'd love to get more on there obviously but even with our super duper (ya my technical term) boxes we've found those are the limits we can hit and keep our reputation as the fastest around.

No reason for it to, if he signed up from wht then its only natural he feels like he would want to vent a bit there. Im not worried, you shouldnt be. We take care of everything and everyone better than any other host guaranteed!

    Great

But my vps was extreamly slow earlier this morning, can't connect to MySQL, can't load VZPP. There were only around 20 people visiting my site at that time.

It happened once again in the dusk.

    Thanks!

Just let someone know in a ticket or email, if the problem persists, repeats, or isnt dealt with to your satisfaction just let me or another manager know.
