    Client Stuff

    I need help with trying to get my Client Login information from JaguarPC. I have had my account and stuff for almost half a year and have never needed to use the section, so I have forgotten he password and login information. As well, due to a recent buyout of Verizon Hawaii by the Carlyle Group which has now changed my email address from a verizon.net to a hawaiiantel.net, I need to contact Jaguar to change this important contact information.

    What would be the best method of contact (seeing as I can't log-in to the client section)?

    Also, my verizon.net email address is set to expire at the end of the month and will no longer be accessible.

    step 1: retrieve your password with your old email address
    here: http://www.jaguarpc.com/clients/ (click lost password)

    step 2: create a ticket in the helpdesk system saying your email address will change, or update it in your profile (whatever is possible, don't know it from the top of my head).

    if step 1 ain't working, you better contact sales [at] jaguarpc.com
