    Eggdrop is an IRC bot, and IRC anyting is banned rom the JPC servers as per the terms of service. Open a support ticket to alert management of those processes and I'm sure you'll see the server running fast again in no time.

    you better notify support, eggdrops are IRC bots, and should not be allowed to run on the server, guess some clients accounts will be disabled quite soon.

    Kind regards,
    Patrick

    Thank you, I notified them. However, today I am having the same problems of trying to log into FTP and SSH, the connection timing out. However, when I access my website, it connects and downloads fine.

    I don't know if someone is just running bad scripts on here, or something, but load averages and a high CPU% is what I'm thinking is keeping me from logging into FTP and SSH quickly. >.< The zombies came back as well... >.>;;

    For the commands, there's a lot of commands that say "exim", I don't know what that is...

    You obviously aren't 'jailed' like everyone else!

    ps - Shows your process

    ps all - Shows everyone processes

    ps -u <username> - Shows the process of the username I think?

    I'm not quite sure on how to use this function since it only gives me alot of stuff that I don't understand except that I remember that NI is for niceness and command is for programs/commands I think?

    I see! Well, I suggest you stop while you're ahead!
