    Multi_hosted Cpanel;

    Ok, I was all excited awhile back, with the ability to FINALLY add my own domain names to my account with out having to ask support

    so today I buy a new domain name and go to add it, and cpanel wont let me.

    Is it just my account that is screwed or did Jag go back to making you sumbit a ticket for these changes?

    The add domain features don't always work quite as well as they're supposed to. If the domain is in whois and lists servers that are not (AFICT) the nocdirect pair then the add will fail. I guess it is a security feature (to prevent a pharming-type of thing on someone else's domain), but it is a PITA when trying to move a site or whatever.

    I have multi_hosted sites on one server. There have been times I could set them up using CP, and other times I had to ask support to set it up.
