    Domains Stats

10 days ago my domain stats werent updated for a week, so i opened a ticket and my stats were updated instantly. Now 2 more days have passed and my domain stats havent been updated. Before that it was regularly updated everyday. I thought the stats update would have been on some sort of cronjob? So do we now need to open a ticket everytime we need the stats updated? Seems a waste of mine and JPC tech support's time.

It is done by a cron job, but the stats process is given a very low priority. If there is a lot of activity on the machine when the stats tools are supposed to be run the stats get sacrificed.

When this happens a quick ticket to support will get your stats updated, even though it is kind of a pain.

I would like not to use server side stats at all. What file does I need to edit so that thay aren't run and don't use resources.

I don't belive you can stop them. The stats generation is done, if I understand it correctly, automatically for all accounts at one time. I don't think there is any way for you to turn them off.
