Err..... account domain not working

My account domain is not working. Yet all of my "multi hosted" (addon) domains are working perfect. This is the second day in a row this has happened. Last time it took like 12 hours to "fix". Now I have no FTP access, no home domain access, and no cPanel access.

Why the heck is my stupid home domain not working, yet all of my multi hosted ones are? Why does this keep happening? Is this going to be a daily thing or something?

Gosh it's getting freaking annoying.

Edit: and yes, I did contact support and I seem to not really be getting anywhere with this.

if you multihosteds work then you have both FTP and Cpanel Access

FTP.MULTIHOSTEDNAME.com will work like your home domain, use the same user and pass

MULTIHOSTED.com/cpanel will work the same as the home domain

as far as the Main Domain not working. Have you done a Trace to see if it is Jags problem or some other network issuse? granted it your multihosted one work, then that pretty must rules out every network issuse I could think of. Probally a DNS problem. which a trace would tell you as well

It would indeed be handy to know the problem domain in the first place.
You might want to use www.dnsreport.com to find any problems too.

The domain is Flametide.com. Apparently tech support got it working last night, and now it's not working again. This is the third day in a row.

I just don't get what the hell is happening, for three days in a row it has completely not work AT ALL during the late and early hours of the day. The nameservers are right and everything. I have never had such a problem before.

I am so confused and tech support isn't getting me anywhere, because every day after they "fix it" it goes bad again the next day. :/

Works here too, however i see that there are nameserver records used which do not exisit.

chamaeleon2.nocdirect.com.
chamaeleon1.nocdirect.com.

which may or may not get DNS somewhat confused.

Just for the record, I am also having problems with my domain name not working. It will randomly work, then stop working, then start working again, and I am also on chamaeleon.
