    incomplete account setup

    Hi,

    I am a new customer. I cannot log on using details provided via browser ftp or cPanel.

    Support on your site is inaccessible using username and password provided therefore I have to email sales. It has taken days to get this far since I signed up

    Please rectify.

    Sign-up is the hardest thing you will ever do here! After that, it's a breeze, and quite enjoyable... really!

    turns out they sent me the wrong password.

    requested it again to email and I am in.

    you are right, sales do not create a good impression and make life bit more difficult than it needs to be, hopefully from now on will be ok.

    Yeah, sign-up is the one thing they cannot seem to fix here. I never have understood it...

    Thank God 'we' only have to go through it once!

    most of the complaints stem from thier fraud check, this one does not, I dont understand how a incorrect password could be sent, it is not like someone manually typed it in the email

    But most of the problems with sign up, are not problems at all, it is the fraud checks, and with out those, JPC would have been out of business a long tiem ago....

    JPC I am sure attaches TONS of phishers and scammers every day

    LOL. Yea. Signup went pretty well for me but I was impatient at best. They did the fraud check on me I think because the account was on hold due to the use of a free email address when I filled out the form. It was my secondary email that I used for the free one. The primary is my isp email account. They went ahead and processed it through so it went really smooth. They even processed the order alterations that I had asked for. ^_^
