    Cannot access client area

    I cannot access client area (https://secure.jaguarpc.com/newjpc/clients/). I receive this error message

    Nixcore Warning: Multiple failed login attempts.
    Please contact customer service to regain access.
    Any idea to solve this?

    Looks like somebody used up all your 'guesses'...

    LoL! That's a nasty prank we pull on ppl at work. After 10 tries at logging into the network unsuccessfully, you have to contact Tech Services and have them reset your password.

    Looks like the same type of thing applies to Nixcore!

    I *guess* you'll have to Customer Service via eMail...

    Contacting customer service (the sales departement) is the only way out. You can do so by e-mail (do check for a possible 'confirm this isn't spam' autoreply), phone, or live chat (if it's live).

    If you need them to not just remove the lock, but also give you your password, then have some stuff handy to ID yourself as the legitimate client, like last four digits of the credit card on file.
