I got an email from jpc on june 2 and it said... "Dear OOI LEONG, We are contacting you to inform you about a curennt ...

    Exclamation DOS Attack? On me?

    I got an email from jpc on june 2 and it said...

    "Dear OOI LEONG,
    We are contacting you to inform you about a
    curennt issue at our Atlanta facility. At this
    time network enginners are working to disable a
    large DOS attack which is underway and preventing
    proper network connectivity from most locations.
    We expect to have the situation under control
    shortly.

    Thank you in advance for your patience."

    That sound normal but my name is David Kryzaniak? Any ideas why i got that?

    The DOS back on June 2nd targeted the entire Atlanta faciltiy and not just your site.

    For the name issue it would be best if you could login to the clietns area and ensure your name is set propery in the system. I belive there was a error when we imported the user data into our new system and the name associated with the user login got mixed up. No other data was changed so all you need to do is login at http://jaguarpc.com/clients and set the name to whatever you like.
