I tried to set up subdomains from the siteworx and
the subdomain is not accessible.

Reason could be it adds CNAME to the subdomain and not the A record
After few updates from both sides I finally got THE ANSWER

There is no need to add CName for subdomain. I have now added the A record for both subdomains. Please wait for DNS to propagate and then check.
