problems with support - where to post

Hey there, not sure where to post this.

I can't seem to login to issue a trouble ticket.
    My login doesn't work.
Fine, I use the forgot pw and enter my email address (same one all my support replys goto, billing, announcements, etc).
    waiting.............. no email.

Try their contact form - says a confirm email will be sent....nope....

    can't contact anyone....
meanwhile load average is 25+! and someone from pakistan is logged in as root??? umm, not happpy with that.

so what next? I registered for forum and email came no problem.

tried the above again and still nothing (not in trash, not in spam, not in inbox)

    live support closed.
    any suggestions for help?

    thanks
    K-

Looks like somone hacked your account and changed all you passwords. That's why you can't log in.

Well I have been having the identical problems. Not able to login; not able to change the password; not able to get anyone ot respond to the chat help on the support page; etc. An automated reply to my request to remind me of my password sent passwords that do not work to login - even if I cut and paster them into the boxes directly.
    so my problems are:
    1 I cannot log-in to start a support ticket.
2 I cannot seem to finish transferring a domain to another party. I supposedly did this in MArch. The whois info is changed in all places except the financial ones, but the recipient of www.greenhighways.org cannot seem to get control of the domain.

I would edit your post to remove your personally identifying information.

Try contacting sales (a) jaguarpc.com and inform them that you cannot access the ticket system. Note that after you send the email you might get an email back asking you to confirm your address--be sure to check your spam folder as these sometimes end up there.

If that doesn't work, try to PM one of the forum leaders listed on this board, such as Jag or Les. They are usually quite good at replying quickly and getting things straightened out when you have problems.
