    oh my god!! again.... i'm really tired, what can i do?? I know my account is cheap but to have it down all the time... i don't have thousands of websites..

    A VPS 256MB account should have 0 downtime right??

    This is bloody sickening. Just started doing new hosting site thinking everything would now be fine. Even put an up time gaurantee! Guess that'll have to be moved if I stay here.

    I know it's near impossible to have 100% uptime. But normally you get 2 or 3 minutes of dt every now and then.

    You simply can't run a business like this.

    After weeks and weeks of downtime on Aires how dare you say that!

    I can understand that servers go down, but i have never ever seen a server go down for the amount of time these do.

    Yes i have seen 10 mins and 15 mins downtime every now and then......but here its hours and hours at a time!

    JAG is a friggin circus and needs to get their priorities right!

    We are really very sorry the problems you are having We are in the process of upgrading kernel on the server in which we are having some problems we are trying our level best to make server up as soon as possible.

    Pathetic poor excuses as usual. What happened to the forum post been updated!

    Why coulodnt they tell us this 3 hours ago?

    Why is it every time it goes down its down for hours and not minutes like all other hosts?

    Because JAG talk cr@p and dont seem to have a clue weather they are coming or going!

    You expect customers to be patient when their business is been taken ofline for hours at a time and they have customers themselves to explain why their websites arnt working.

    JAG service is a joke! and the customer service is some of the worste i have ever seen, we never get a straight answer and half the staff dont seem to speak english!

    Think the best plan of action is to email the CEO (Greg) personaly. I've just done that and will see what his reply is.

    When running a business you always have to rely on someone, I guess Jaguarpc are no different and rely on someone upline. I rely on JagPC, if they fail to deliver so often - ie reliability is poor, then I'll have to go. Don't want to as most of the stuff is set up just the way I like. The prices are good, and moving is a pain.

    That is 4 hours+ after the server went down by the way!

    Ive had enough....im outa here and i suggest everyone else does the same!

    This was absolutely not related to the old problems on the aries hardware. I totally understand your panic after the BS aries gave us last month. Luna is a solid machine absolutely 100% different hardware from that old aries box. The problem which caused this downtime is permenantly resolved.
