large file upload form with progress bar?

I need several people to upload some large files ~30M

I want to have an upload form with a progress bar.

I have tried using Mega Upload but Jag does not have all the Perl modules loaded. (perl LWP modules)

Any ideas?

Just open a ticket to tech support and ask them to install the modules in perl that you need.
