    add on domains

I have a domain I want to move to JaguarPC.

I updated the name servers. Now I just need to add it under multidomain hosting.

The problem is the server will not allow me to add this domain because the server still resolves this domain to the old ip block.

From my home computer (time warner cable) it already points to the new ip block (jaguarpc). Everything would work if the server would allow me to add it. I dont really feel like waiting 24/48 hours. Would it possible to speed this up?

Just open a supporet ticket and ask them to do it. I think they should be able to handle that for you immediately.

You might want to create a subdomain for it first, and tell support you want to multi-host it to that subdomain.

    Good luck.

So my problem is back. I would have opened a ticket but the Ticket system brings up a 404 error.

I am unable to add another domain. I am hosting the domain's dns through my registrar and the control panel will not allow me to add it.
