Problem on Krypton

I'd LOVE to submit a ticket, but every time I try to login, it tells me my IP is denied... it says that when I try to log in for a VPS account as well. I also can't seem to get a password mailed to my main contact address.

Anyhow, I've been getting "553 Disk Full" all day long when I try to upload new HTML pages. According to the CPanel, I have plenty of room in there. I even deleted some old programs I installed but never used... still can't load even 1K of content. This is on Krypton.

Still can't submit a ticket... the problem cleared up for about an hour last night, but I'm getting the same error when I go to upload files.
