Horde Weird Side Bar?

As anyone seen the wide side bar display in Horde like this, why is this? I can compress it so it goes away but if I want the side bar it is so wide, where can this be set?

Maybe you should upgrade to the lastest version of horde+imp... horde doesnt like Internet Explorer and some things looks weird on that browser... under Firefox everything works as it should.
