this question is for the Linux admins...

I have a box with CentOS here at home which I would like to develop a good cheap backup solution for.

1) Is there a good program that can mirror harddrive to a USB harddrive? Is it possible to do that at all? And how do you restore such an image? Any good links that you could point me to? I will of course store the backup USB drive in the fire safe... I need a solution that would make a restore fly withon hours...
