    Venus Down

    Venus has crashed at least 3 times during the past week. Website and e-mail are usually inaccessable for 30 to 45 minutes. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Okay, the server is back up but I have no FP extensions and can't access my Control Panel!!!

    Hi Max
    I looked up your account and saw you already had a ticket open and the techs had reset your cpanel logins and hooked you up with the proper FP extensions again. I did note a problem with the cpanel but I have it fixed so you should be all set. Thanks for your patience!
