Been down for two hours now. No report as to the problem yet. Can't we PLEASE HAVE UPDATES when a server is down for more than an hour? It's infuriating to not know what to tell clients when this happens.

Mmmh...some service stiil restarting and Jaguar ask me that server are under rebootingi hope quickly

can you let me know your ticket number snow? Two hours is unacceptable.
Checking now the techs already have the server back to normal.

I didn't submit a ticket. Once I saw the string of red lights I knew the techs would be notified. What I meant by my post is that some notice should be posted in the News & Updates forum (which will show up on peoples' JaguarPC dashboard). That way tech support wouldn't have to respond to all sorts of individual tickets asking what is going on.
So that's what happened. Geez! I checked my stats and noticed something wrong. At least it's fixed now.
*sings* All I want for Christmas is a month where chameleon doesn't die...
