In Control Panel under Services there's something called "Multi-Hosted Domains".
From there you can set it up so that the second domain name points to _ _ _ _ _._ _ _ _ _.com

    Interesting question!

Yeah, I think they could do that, but I doubt that they would. Why do I feel this way? Just gut instinct -- which could be totally wrong.

If it was me, and if I understand the situation correctly, I would just stipulate an existing domain name, which you already own. Nothing will happen until you point your domain name toward JagPC DNS servers. In the meantime, you can use it with the shared IP and account name, or an optional dedicated IP.

Heh! Hope I'm not barking up the wrong tree here...

Aha! Is that what we're talking about here?

Do you own two (or more) domain names and want to host them on the same JagPC account?

Can you rephrase your original post?

Neither one of us know what you're asking?

    Let's try it this way...

Let's say your site is http://www.Sitename.com

Are you saying you want it to be http://Sitename.com (with no www)?

Or, let's try it this way...

Let's say your site is http://Sitename.com

And you want to create http://VirtualSitename.com

If that's what you're talking about, the answer is no... you cannot do that.

    Gotcha

What you would need to do is register the TerrorSquadx.com domain name with a registrar like AletiaNIC, GoDaddy, Dotster, 1&1, or whomever. There are a zillion of registrars -- some better than others.

Once you have registered TerrorSquadx.com then you can add that domain name to your existing account at JaguarPC using the 'Multi-hosting Domain' feature.

You cannot simply create TerrorSquadx.com yourself.

    As an example...

My main web site is Lenon.com. I registered that at Dotster, and use JaguarPC for web hosting services.

Later, I registered Lenon.info at 1&1. I use the multi-hosting feature on my Lenon.com account to host Lenon.info

If I wanted to create more web sites, like TerrorSquadx.com, I would have to register that domain name first, but once it's registered, I could use my Lenon.com account at JaguarPC to host that too.

Bottom line: You can host as many websites as you want, on your JaguarPC account, but you will have to register them with a registrar first.

JaguarPC can help you with registering TerrorSquadx.com and setting up the multi-hosting domain[s], or you can take your chances, here in the forums. However, no matter what, you need to register the domain name first.

    *edit*

I just checked AletiaNIC and that domain name IS available...

It looks like he may be creating a subdomain instead of or at the same time as the multihosted domain, and getting confused by what is happening...
