    Please Escalate This Ticket.

    The Latest "fix" Has Completely Disabled The Domain And It Now Cannot Be Resovled At All.

    I think I will lose this client, though.

    Asking to escalate via the forum won't really help, Jag support doesn't always browse it. The recommended solution, I think (last I heard), is to escalate it in the ticket center.
