Super Slow "Rush Hour"?

I'm in the UK and around this time and an hour before my VPS goes extremely slow(connection wise), it takes about 30 seconds to load a site, its not my ISP because its the same on other ISP's, I dont host an extremely high traffic site whats going on?

first thing is tpo do a trace and see if/where there is a connectivity problem

then if that comes out fine. I would look at your server stats and see if anything is out of wack.

By any chance do you have the "unmetered" setup?

ok, with that in mind how many users access your site during this time period? it could be possible your maxing out your bandwidth.
even if you dont have a high number of vistors per your monthly based stats. if all your vistors or even a good part of them hist your server at the same time you will get a bottle neck because you dont have enough bandwidth on tap to serve everyone at the same time.

no I don't think thats what it is I only got about 4 visitors in that time period thats kind of the lowest time when it gets slow, could it be someone on a different vps but on the same server?
