    Why is it that I can logon to the forums, but I can't get into support to open a ticket because I am denied from my I.P.??

    The forums and client area are completely different systems with their own logins and security policies. Because of the potential for abuse if someone gets unauthorized access to the client area, Jag keeps the security on that rather tight. If you've been trying to log in with your forum account details then you've probably flagged your IP as an potential hacker.

    To resolve the issue, contact sales by email (sales(a)jaguarpc.com). They'll be able to reset your access and, if you need it, reset you password and get you your account details.

    Also note that you may get an email from sales when you email them asking you to confirm that you sent the message you sent. This may end up in your spam box, but until you click the confirmation link, sales will not see your message--so be sure to watch for it.
